Refund policy
At Furnibranch, your satisfaction is very important to us.
RETURNS
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Items used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 7 days
