Our Refund Policy

At Furnibranch, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days
